Refund policy

At Saint Sydney, we design swimwear to feel effortless and secure, and we want you to love your purchase. Please choose your sizes carefully, as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We accept returns or exchanges only for faulty or incorrect products (i.e., items that do not match your order). If your product arrives faulty, we will happily provide a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method. Saint Sydney will also reimburse reasonable shipping costs incurred for returning faulty or incorrect items, provided all items from the order are returned.

All returned items are inspected by our team. Items that are damaged after purchase or do not meet our return conditions may be returned to you at an additional cost.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers remain entitled to all protections provided by the relevant legislation.
